Claremont on the Square is located within Eagleview, a community based on a "walkable" lifestyle which includes sidewalks, jogging paths and greenways integrating the home, market and workplace. Located just minutes from the Pennsylvania Turnpike at Exit 312 in Exton, Pennsylvania, Eagleview is a mixed-use planned development of over 800 acres in Uwchlan Township.
Claremont on the Square is nearby two large shopping centers, including a Giant Food Store, Super Wawa and Target, and is just minutes from the Exton Square Mall, Whiteland Town Center and Main Street in Exton. It is also in close proximity to Routes 113, 100, 30 and 202 and the Downingtown Interchange of the Pennsylvania Turnpike with easy access to King of Prussia and Philadelphia.
The Exton Train Station is five miles away and our proximity to Struble walking/biking trails and Marsh Creek State Park offer unique recreational and historical amenities to our residents.
I moved into Claremont on the Square in May relocating from Michigan. After 6 months I am relocating again for work. However, I can't recommend them enough. I have lived in numerous apartments on a temporary basis due to my job. Claremont gets and deserves the highest ratings. The quality of the apartment furnishings, security of the community and buildings and the true "community" feel with the quality of their community events. The location of Claremont on the Square was also ideal.
Wonderful place to live! Very clean and quiet. Staff goes out of their way to ensure you have a hassle free experience. Cannot recommend Claremont on the Square enough! By far the nicest place I have ever lived!
