- Simply Sautéed – Wash and slice up your favorite variety of mushroom, sauté them in a little bit of butter (maybe add a little bit of garlic) until they are deep brown in color.
- Portabella Pizzas – Meet your new favorite pizza bite! Wash, scrape the gills/stems out and dry the portabellas. Preheat your oven to a high broil. Brush the bottoms of the portabellas with olive oil and garlic, set them on a lined baking sheet oiled side down. Fill each portabella with your favorite sauce, cheese and toppings, be creative! Place them in the oven until the cheese is melted and golden (about 8-10 mins!).
- Cream Cheese Stuffed – Wash and cut stems out of mushrooms. Combine cream cheese (liven it up by using your favorite flavored cream cheese!) and grated parmesan. Fill mushrooms with the cheese mixture. Bake at 450 degrees for about 15 mins, caps down!
